Heat Treatment
CMS Cepcor® crusher service and manufacturing facilities include dedicated heat treatment ovens to complete in house heat treatment of components in addition to their use in assembly of complex crusher assemblies where a heavy interference fit is required.
We operate both electric and gas ovens that have been specified and custom built to accept head centres to suit Sandvik® CH and CS crushers up to CH880 and CS660 respectively, heads to suit Metso HP® cones crushers up to HP800 and heads to suit Symons Nordberg cones up to 7’ Standard and Shorthead.
